Dermaplast Aesthetic Clinic respects your privacy. This notice explains what happens to the details you share with us on this website.
What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect your name, your mobile number, the area of hair loss you choose, the clinic you prefer, the best time to call you and whether you are happy to be contacted on WhatsApp. If you arrived from an advertisement, we also record the campaign details in the link you followed.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to contact you about your consultation, to arrange an appointment at the clinic you chose, and to understand which of our advertising brings patients to us. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Who can see it
Your request is stored securely and is seen only by the Dermaplast team who arrange consultations. A copy is sent to the clinic by email so that someone can call you promptly. Internal notification emails may record when they are opened.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as we need them to arrange and follow up your care, and for any period the law requires for medical and financial records.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you have given us, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@dermaplastclinic.com or tell the clinic team when they call.
